Participant enrolment and programme records are retained for up to 5 years following the end of participation, to support queries, certification verification, and any legal obligations.
Coach and franchise partner data is retained for the duration of the relevant relationship and for up to 5 years thereafter, in accordance with our contractual and legal obligations.
Website analytics data is retained in anonymised form and does not have a fixed deletion schedule, as it does not identify individuals.
Financial and transactional records, where held, are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law, typically a minimum of 7 years.
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to an individual.
